Memory Ceiling

In designing Memory ceiling light for Brokis, Boris Klimek attempted to capture the timeless sense of wonder felt by children when presented with a balloon. The elegantly simple balloon has enchanted and delighted children for generations–an effect that Memory joyously echoes in its simple, essential form.

Available in several sizes, Memory’s diffuser is composed of three layers of blown glass. The middle layer is opaque in the colour of your choosing, while the outer two are crystal clear and finished either glossy or matte according to your selection. As an added level of resemblance to its inspiration, Memory can be turned on or off from the dangling string that emerges from its bottom.
