Nappe App N4 Wall

Nappe is a collection of pendants characterized by geometric shapes and decorative tassels. With Nappe, designer Marco Zito has taken the big decorative tassels that adorn historical palace curtains and reinterpreted, summarized, and decomposed them to delete every classical asset and present instead a contemporary design. The Nappe collection consists of 10 elements different in shape, details, or decorative elements, that can be combined together to obtain personalized compositions.

Each pendant is made from a turned metal frame and enriched with brushed brass details. Traditional textile fringes are replaced with small varnished glass or gold metallic beams. Nappe is fixed to the ceiling with distinctive brass spheres (obtained from a single block wrought by numerical control routing machines) that also connect the power wire. Nappe’s tassels suggest a modern and minimalist design, intensified by the matt pastel finishings. The warm-light LED lighting system produces 688 lm and the light is amplified from metallic fringes or from a smokey striped borosilicate diffuser.

Nappe also consists of several Extra Large versions, ideal for illuminating large hospitality and commercial spaces as well.
